Eternity Healthcare, Inc. (OTCPK:ETAH) signed an agreement to acquire Guizho Tongren Healthy China Biotechnology Co. Ltd. for CNY 2.7 million on December 13, 2017. Eternity Healthcare will issue 17.2 million shares to acquire Guizho Tongren Healthy China Biotechnology. Post completion, Guizho Tongren Healthy China Biotechnology will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eternity Healthcare.
