According to Eureka Design Public Company Limited ("the Company") entered into a convertible bond issuance contract and offered for selling newly issued convertible debentures of the company under the contract "convertible debentures granting the right to convert into ordinary shares of Eureka Design Public Company Limited No. 3/2022, maturity in 2025, unsubordinated and unsecured" to Advance Opportunities Fund ("AOF") and Advance Opportunities Fund 1 ("AOF1"), collectively referred to as "Convertible Bondholders". On August 10,2022 the debenture holders have exercised the conversion with the details as follows:

• AOF notified the right to convert "Convertible debentures granting the right to convert into ordinary shares of Eureka Design Public Company Limited No. 3/2022, due in 2025, unsubordinated and unsecured" amount 1,000 units (1 million baht) to 750,750 ordinary shares

• The conversion price of AOF is equal to 1.332 baht per share, which is considered a conversion price that is not lower than 90% of the market price. The market price is calculated from the weighted average price of the company's shares in the stock exchange of Thailand for the past 7-15 business days

Therefore, it does not meet the conditions for prohibiting the sale of shares within 1 year from the date of receiving the convertible securities (Silent Period) according to Notification of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Subject Rules, Conditions and Procedures for governing the listing of ordinary shares or preferred shares issued for capital increase It is a registered securities B.E. 2558 (2015). The convertible debenture holder will receive shares arising from the conversion on August 10, 2022, amounting to 750,750 shares, remaining shares to support the conversion, amounting to 323,207,991 shares.
