Emerging Markets Master Fund (ASX:EMF) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 30,310,788 shares, representing 25% of its issued share capital. The purpose of the buyback is capital management. The program is subject to the shareholders' approval in the General Meeting of Unit-Holders on November 15, 2018. The program shall be valid for 12 months up to November 14, 2019, unless otherwise concluded earlier by the company, if units are bought back prior to this date or if the fund determines that it is no longer in the best interest of the unit-holders. As on October 19, 2018, the company had 121,243,154 shares in issue. On November 15, 2018, the shareholders of the company approved the share repurchase program at its General Meeting.
