Eversafe Rubber Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company, which is involved in the manufacturing and sale of rubber-based tire retread products and provision of related services. The Company, through its subsidiaries, Eversafe Rubber Works Sdn. Bhd., Eversafe Trading Sdn. Bhd., Eversafe Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Jiaxing YongAn Rubber Co., Ltd., is involved in the development, manufacturing and distribution of tire retreading materials. Its subsidiaries, Olympic Retreads (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Supreme Good International Limited carry out tire retreading operations. The tire retreading materials manufactured by the Company include masterbatch, pre-cured tread liners, camelbacks, cushion gums, repair ropes, sidewall veneers and orbitreads. Its products are sold in more than 24 countries, which span across Asia, Australia and Oceania, Africa, the Americas, Europe and the Middle East, mainly to tire retreaders and rubber material traders in local and international markets.
