           Appointment of Principal Officers

Andrew Slavitt has been appointed by President-elect Joseph R. Biden, Jr. as White House Senior Advisor for COVID Response. As required by that appointment, on January 11, 2021, Mr. Slavitt submitted his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors of Exact Sciences Corporation.
