APPLICATION FOR 4TH EXTENSION OF TIME

Ezra Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to its previous announcements dated 24 June 2020, 25 August 2020, 26 August 2020, 20 February 2021, 3 March 2021, 4 March 2021, 15 June 2021 and 21 June 2021 ("Previous Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Previous Announcements.

Further to the Previous Announcements, the Company wishes to announce that the Judicial Managers have made an application to the Court for the following orders:

1. the validity of the JM Order be extended for a period of 4 months from 22 November 2021 to 22 March 2022;
2. that the Judicial Managers be given an extension of time for a period of 4 months from 22 October 2021 until 22 February 2022 to comply with the requirements of section 227M of the Companies Act; and
3. that the Judicial Managers be given an extension of time for a period of 4 months from 22 October 2021 until 22 February 2022 to comply with the requirements of section 227N of the Companies Act read with Regulation 54 of the Companies Regulations.

(the "4th Extension Application")

The Court has fixed a hearing of the 4th Extension Application on 28 October 2021 at 2:30pm. The Court also directed, inter alia, the following:

1. If there are objections, parties objecting to the 4th Extension Application are to file an affidavit by 18 October 2021 (Monday), 4:00 pm.
2. The Company is to file a reply affidavit, if any, by 21 October 2021 (Thursday), 4:00 pm.
3. Submissions and bundle of authorities are to be tendered to Court by 22 October 2021 (Friday), 4:00 pm.
