EZTEC launches ID Paraíso project
São Paulo, April 08th, 2021
EZTEC S.A. (Bovespa: EZTC3; Bloomberg EZTC3: BZ) announces the launch of the ID Paraíso project, located in the South Zone of the city of São Paulo, 700 meters away from Parque da Aclimação and 800 meters from Paraíso station (METRÔ). The project counts with 231 smart living units, with areas ranging from 21 to 29 sq.m., for a combined potential sales value (PSV) of R$ 56.2 million. Considering that EZTEC owns 50% of the project's stakes, the Company's PSV is R$ 28.1 million.
