(Alliance News) - Fabilia Group Spa announced on Thursday that independent directors Matteo Simone Amatruda and Sebastiano Missineo resigned on Friday, Feb. 10, 2023, effective immediately due to disagreements that emerged with the chief executive officer regarding the management of receivables from related parties.

Based on disclosures made to the company and the public, Amatruda holds an insignificant amount of shares, less than 5 percent, while Missineo does not appear to own, either directly or indirectly, any ordinary shares in Fabilia Group to date.

Fabilia is flat at EUR0.55 per share.
