1. Responsibilities of Compliance Officer

Compliance Officer of the Company should promptly undertake investigations and verify the facts according to certain procedure after accepting complaints and receiving reports from any member of staff of the Company. Meanwhile, any employee the Company could directly contact Compliance Officer to seek help from or submit information to the Company by following the procedures set for in our "Complaint and Investigation Procedures for Accounting, Internal Accounting Controls, Auditing Matters, or Questionable Financial Practices".
