On November 16, 2022, Farmers & Merchants Bancorp issued a press release - the Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, announced that, effective immediately, the Company's existing share repurchase program has been extended through December 31, 2024 and an additional $20 million in repurchases authorized during that period, a copy of which is included as Exhibit 99 and incorporated herein by reference.
