FAX Capital Corp. is a Canada-based investment holding company. The Company's objective is to maximize its intrinsic value on a per-share basis over the long-term by seeking to achieve investment performance commensurate with reasonable risk. The Company invests in equity, debt and/or hybrid securities of public and private businesses. The Company primarily invests in approximately 10 to 15 small cap public and private businesses located primarily in Canada and the United States.
