FDG Electric Vehicles Limited and Federal Express Corporation (FedEx) have previously entered into a construction agreement in relation to the construction of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles at more than 40 FedEx stations in California, United States, with a total contractor's fee of approximately $27 million. Construction work has now commenced in the first quarter of 2020. The charging system will support daily charging for more than 1,000 electric vehicles and is created specifically for FedEx to meet its operational efficiency and sustainability goals. Together with the purchase orders for 100 units of electric vehicles from FedEx and for 900 units of electric vehicles which will also be leased to FedEx, Chanje has been committed as a provider for electric vehicles and charging infrastructure to one of the largest fleets in the world which is a pioneering industry leader in the electric vehicle space. This provision of charging infrastructure is in line with the Company's strategy of focusing on overseas last-mile logistic electric vehicle segment.
