5.Cause of occurrence:The Company reported unaudited consolidated operating
income of NT$ 1,006 million and consolidated net profit before
tax of NT$ 1,238 million for March 2022.
As of March 31, 2022, consolidated operating income totaled NT$ 2,552
million. Consolidated net profit before tax and after tax amounted to
NT$ 3,035 million and NT$ 2,180 million, respectively. Net profit
attributable to owners of parent totaled NT$ 2,050 million. Earnings per
share was NT$ 2.33.
