Fenwal Controls of Japan, Ltd. (TSE:6870) agreed to acquire Shibaura Fire Pump Corporation from New Horizon No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership on November 12, 2020. As a part of the transaction, Fenwal Controls of Japan will acquire 0.12 million shares. For the year ended March 31, 2020, Shibaura Fire Pump reported net worth of ¥1.6 billion, total assets of ¥3.87 million, sales of ¥3.21 million, operating income of ¥351 million and net income of ¥191 million. The board of directors of Fenwal Controls of Japan passed the resolution on November 12, 2020. The transaction is expected to be completed by January 5, 2021. Frontier Management Inc. acted as financial advisor to New Horizon Capital Co., Ltd. parent of New Horizon No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership.
