Fidere Patrimonio Socimi, S.A. (BME:YFID) acquired majority stakes in Fidere Gestión de Vivienda, S.L.U., Fidere Gestión de Vivienda 2, S.L.U. and Ferrocarril Intermediación y Patrimonios, S.L.U. from Tethys Investment S.à.r.l. for €24.7 million on September 30, 2016. The payment has been financed mainly with the contribution of the majority shareholder, Spanish Residential (REIT) Holdco, S.à.r.l. of approximately €18 million. Also, Fidere has used the amount received from majority shareholders which is approximately €7 million as anticipate amortization of a loan. Pursuant to the transaction, Ferrocarril Intermediación y Patrimonios, S.L.U. will be renamed as Fidere IP 2, S.L.U.
