FIERA MILANO: 2022 CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR

Milan, 14 December 2021. Fiera Milano S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Fiera Milano") announces the following corporate events calendar for the 2022 financial year in accordance with Article

2.6.2. paragraph 1 letter b) of the Rules governing the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.:

15 March 2022 Board of Directors Meeting to approve the preliminary Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements at 31 December 2021;

22 April 2022 Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting (convened once) to approve the Financial Statements at 31 December 2021;

10 May 2022 Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 31 March 2022;

27 July 2022 Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Half-year Financial Report at 30 June 2022;

9 November 2022 Board of Directors Meeting to approve the Interim Management Report at 30 September 2022.

With reference to Article 82-ter of the Listing Rules adopted with Consob Resolution 11971/1999 and subsequent amendments, Fiera Milano will continue to publish voluntarily the periodic financial information for the first and third quarters of each financial year, in addition to the Annual Report and the Half-year Financial Report, in continuity with the contents of previous Interim Management Reports.

Any amendments to the 2022 corporates events calendar will be promptly communicated to the market.
