PUBLICATION OF GUIDELINES ON THE COMPOSITION OF THE NEW BOARD

OF DIRECTORS OF FIERA MILANO S.P.A. FOR 2020-2022

Milan, 11 February 2020. Fiera Milano S.p.A. announces that the document containing the "Guidelines on the composition of the new Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A. for 2020- 2022" has today been made available at the Company's registered office and operational and administrative headquarters.

The Board of Directors of Fiera Milano S.p.A., in accordance with the principles of the Corporate Governance Code of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., makes the above guidelines available to shareholders with the aim of encouraging the definition of the optimal proposals for the quali- quantitative composition of the Board of Directors, to be appointed by the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting scheduled on 20 April 2020.
