The Franchise Development and Fryer Management segments encompass its franchise model and consist of the sale of franchises. The Company also has three geographic segments, which include the United Kingdom, North America and Europe. The North America and Europe operations are operated as a franchise network, and the United Kingdom activities are operated under both franchise and direct sale business models.
