Notice Regarding Completion of Acquisition of Real Estate in Minami-aoyama, Tokyo for
the Real Estate Fractional Ownership Investment "Premium Asset Series"
Financial Products Group Co., Ltd. (FPG) announces that we have acquired the following commercial real estate property in Minami-aoyama,Minato-ku, Tokyo, as of today, to further grow its "Premium Asset Series," a real estate fractional ownership investment product utilizing trust functions.
The real estate property we have just acquired is a commercial property located within a 3-minute walk from Exit A5 of Omote-sando station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza, Chiyoda, and Hanzomon lines.
Minami-aoyama,Minato-ku, where this property is located, is known for high-end brand flagship stores, as well as distinctive boutiques, cafes, and restaurants on famous fashion streets such as "Aoyama-dori","Miyuki-dori," and "Kotto-dori," and the streetscape have attracted people of all ages for generations.
The property houses Dolce & Gabbana's flagship store and A Bathing Ape's directly managed store "BAPEXCLUSIVE Aoyama," exemplifying the characteristics of the Minami Aoyama area.
FPG has so far acquired and sold six real estate properties in the Omotesando and Minami-aoyama area centered around Omote-sando Station, all of which have been highly acclaimed by our customers. Among them, FPG has acquired and launched FPG Links MINAMIAOYAMA and FPG Minami-aoyama Blue Cinq Point in the Minami- aoyama area, making this the third project in the area.
