UPDATES OF THE FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE OF THE GROUP

FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2018

This announcement is made by Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings Limited ("Company", together with its subsidiaries, "Group") pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules ("GEM Listing Rules") Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong).

The board ("Board") of directors ("Directors") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") and potential investors that, based on the information currently available to the Board, the Group currently expects to record a profit attributable to the Shareholders for the three months ended 31 March 2018 ("2018 Q1") as compared to a loss attributable to the Shareholders of approximately HK$7.8 million in the corresponding period in 2017, which is primarily due to the absence of any equity-settled share-based payments in 2018 Q1, while the Group recognised equity-settled share-based payments for the share options granted by the Company of approximately HK$8.3 million in the corresponding period in 2017.

It is currently expected that the total comprehensive loss attributable to the Shareholders would decrease as compared to that of the corresponding period in 2017, which is also due to the reason set out above.

The information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment by the management of the Company of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for 2018 Q1 and is not based on any figure or information which has been audited or reviewed by the Company's auditors. The Company is in the process of finalising the consolidated results of the Group for 2018 Q1. Details of the financial information and performance of the Group will be disclosed in the quarterly results announcement for 2018 Q1, which is expected to be published in mid-May 2018.
