Firan Technology Group Corporation entered into an agreement to acquire Colonial Circuits Inc. for approximately CAD 4 million.

Firan Technology Group Corporation (TSX:FTG) entered into an agreement to acquire Colonial Circuits Inc. for approximately CAD 4 million on March 29, 2019. The acquisition price will be paid in cash and is subject to adjustments. The acquisition will be funded from FTG’s existing credit facilities. The transaction is subject to approval by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and other customary closing conditions. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place in the second half of 2019.
