POTENTIAL STRATEGIC INVESTMENT

This announcement is made by Fire Rock Holdings Limited (the ''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'') pursuant to the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ''Listing Rules'')) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 13.09(2) of the Listing Rules.

The board of directors of the Company (the ''Board'') wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the ''Shareholders'') and potential investors that, the Company is in discussions with one of the Group's licensed operators (the ''Operator'') in connection with the potential acquisition of the Operator (''Potential Strategic Investment''). Located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen of the Guangdong Province, the Operator is principally engaged in providing online games operating service in the PRC with revenue of over RMB600 million according to the unaudited management accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2019. As at the date of this announcement, the Group has not entered into any definitive agreement in relation to the Potential Strategic Investment.

The Board will make further announcement(s) and take appropriate actions in accordance with the Listing Rules and applicable laws as and when appropriate.
