Notice from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) received by First NatGas Power Corp. (FNPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of First Gen Corporation.

Background/Description of the Disclosure

ERC imposes a penalty to FNPC, as a result of ERC's determination that, for the period January 3, 2021 to April 25, 2021, FNPC exceeded by 36.98 days the allowable unplanned outages for combined cycle power plants of 7.7 days under Article V of ERC Resolution No. 10, Series of 2020.
