FISHERS, Ind. (AP) _ First Internet Bancorp (INBK) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $11.1 million.

The bank, based in Fishers, Indiana, said it had earnings of $1.12 per share.

The internet bank posted revenue of $46.3 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $31.5 million, which beat Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $29.5 million, or $2.99 per share. Revenue was reported as $100.9 million.

First Internet shares have risen almost 6% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $30.45, an increase of 28% in the last 12 months.
