Interim Dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2023

We reaffirm the notice of interim dividend as communicated in our 2023 interim results published on 30 August 2023.

The Board of Directors of FMBcapital Holdings PLC approved the declaration of an interim dividend of USD 5 162 325 (five million, one hundred and sixty-two thousand, three hundred and twenty-five United States Dollars) for the interim period ending 30 June 2023, representing 0.21 US cents per share.

The interim dividend will be paid on 15 November 2023 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as at close of business on Friday 10 November 2023. The shares will go ex-dividend on 7 November 2023.

The interim dividend will be paid to Malawi resident shareholders in Malawi Kwacha calculated at the closing USD mid-market rate on Friday 10 November 2023 as published by the Reserve Bank of Malawi. The register of members will be closed from 10 to 13 November 2023. During this time, no share transfers will be registered.
