Focus Financial Partners Inc. (NasdaqGS:FOCS) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Madison Wealth Advisors, LLC on May 12, 2023. This transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. Upon closing of this transaction, the Madison Wealth Advisors, LLC team will join Buckingham Strategic Wealth.
