On Wednesday, Inea announced the acquisition of a business park located in the strategic Disneyland Paris area, on a VEFA (off-plan) basis, for a total of 28.7 million euros.

The program, called 'Innovespace' and located in Chalifert (Seine-et-Marne), is to offer a leasable area of over 15,000 m2, including 11,500 m2 of ground-floor business space and 3,700 m2 of mezzanine offices.

It is divided into six buildings, each with 161 parking spaces.

Encouragingly, the real estate company has already found tenants for the first building, with a surface area of 1,635 m2.

The program is scheduled for completion in two phases: the first (three buildings) at the end of May 2024, and the second by the end of 2025 at the latest.

Created in March 2005, Inea invests in new or recent commercial properties in France's main regional cities. At the end of 2022, its portfolio of 80 sites was valued at over €1.2 billion.

Inea's goal is to have €2 billion in assets by 2026.
