Forside Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2330) concluded a contract to acquire Credience Co., Ltd. from REXEM Co., Ltd. for ¥50 million on November 12, 2015. Forside will acquire 500 shares of Credience and also pay advisory expenses, etc. of ¥3 million. Credience had net assets of ¥88 million, total assets of ¥122 million, sales of ¥98 million, operating loss of ¥9 million and net loss of ¥9 million for the period ending March 2015. A resolution was passed by the Board of Directors of Forside. The share transfer execution date is planned on November 13, 2015. Plutus Consulting Co., Ltd. acted as an independent third-party calculation organization.
