On January 26, 2017, Mr. E. Lee Wyatt, Jr. notified Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. of his intention to retire by the end of 2017. As part of the company's succession planning process, the company announced that Mr. Patrick D. Hallinan, age 49, will succeed Mr. Wyatt when he steps down. Mr. Hallinan has been serving as Senior Vice President Finance of the company since January 3, 2017. He served as Chief Financial Officer of the company's plumbing segment from November 2013. Before joining Moen in 2013, he held several management positions at Beam Inc. beginning in May 2008, most recently serving as Vice President, Finance for Global Operations, Planning & Analysis, and Capital. With strong processes and leadership in place, chief financial officer Lee Wyatt has elected to retire at the end of 2017 when he turns 65.
Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is a home, security and commercial building products company. The Company has three segments. Water Innovations segment manufactures or assembles and sells faucets, accessories, kitchen sinks and waste disposal, predominantly under the Moen, ROHL, Riobel, Victoria+Albert, Aqualisa and Shaws brands. Outdoors segment manufactures and sells fiberglass and steel entry door systems, storm, screen and security doors, composite decking, railing and cladding under the Fiberon brand, urethane millwork under the Fypon brand, and wide-opening exterior door systems and outdoor enclosures under the Solar Innovations brand. Security segment manufactures, sources and distributes locks, safety and security devices, and electronic security products and fire-resistant safes and security containers.
