Forus S.A. Announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2019. For the fourth quarter, the company announced sales was CLP 57,418.694 million compared to CLP 61,915.175 million a year ago. Net loss was CLP 141.398 million compared to net income of CLP 5,073.129 million a year ago. Basic eps was CLP 0 compared to CLP 20 a year ago. For the full year, sales was CLP 237,560.015 million compared to CLP 247,711.908 million a year ago. Net income was CLP 23,388.501 million compared to CLP 25,587.975 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was CLP 90.5 compared to CLP 98.9 a year ago.

Its distribution network includes point of sales located in Chile, Uruguay, Peru and Colombia. The Company operates through a number of subsidiaries, such as as Uruforus SA, Peru Forus SA and Forus Colombia SAS. The Company is controlled by Inversiones Costanera Ltda.
