Four Springs Capital Trust is a real estate investment trust (REIT). The Trust is focused on acquiring, owning and actively managing a diversified portfolio of single-tenant, income producing commercial properties throughout the United States that are subject to long-term net leases. The Trust manages a portfolio of single-tenant, income producing industrial, medical, service/necessity retail and office properties throughout the United States. The Trust seeks to acquire single-tenant net lease properties with a focus on real estate attributes that can provide superior long-term prospects for rental rate increases, occupancy and re-leasing performance. It operates through two segments: The Real Estate Segment and the Investment Management Segment. The Real Estate Segment activities consist of acquiring real estate properties for long-term holding periods. The Trust has ownership interests in approximately 156 properties located in 32 states, operating in 37 different industries.
