Arzignano (VI), 9 May 2024 - Franchetti S.p.A. ("Franchetti" or the "Company" or the "Group", Ticker BIT: FCH), company listed on the Euronext Growth Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and head of the multinational software development and engineering design group of the same name, pioneer in planning, diagnosis and therapy of interventions aimed at safety and predictive planning of maintenance activities on infrastructure network structures, in particular bridges and viaducts, communicates its participation in the «Financial Galà», an event organized by Integrae SIM, leader in Italy in extraordinary finance for PMI, scheduled for 21 May 2024 in Milan in Via Massimo D'Azeglio 3, at the Milano Luiss Hub.

The event aims to encourage meetings and knowledge of the financial world with that of small and medium-sized businesses, creating connections, collaborations and sharing of projects and strategies with the entire investor ecosystem.

The Company will meet the financial community during the plenary presentation and in group meetings.

The meetings will be attended by Mr. Paolo Franchetti, President and CEO of Franchetti S.p.A..
