Freelance.com strengthens its service offering in the employee portage

market through the acquisition project of the OpenWork group.

Freelance.com (Euronext Growth Paris - FR0004187367 - ALFRE), a leader in connecting companies with external talents, announces the signing of a reciprocal purchase agreement with the OpenWork group, a specialist in employee portage for independent workers, mainly present in France and Belgium.

The completion of the operation is expected in September.

Freelance.com, already a significant player in the employee portage market, will enhance its offering, particularly for consultants seeking strong digital experience.
