FRONTEO, Inc. reported consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the year ended March 31, 2019. For the year, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 11,292,783,000 compared to JPY 12,217,770,000 a year ago. Operating income was JPY 216,969,000 compared to JPY 177,715,000 a year ago. Net income was JPY 80,063,000 compared to loss of JPY 817,506,000 a year ago. Basic net income per share was JPY 1.84 compared to loss per share of JPY 21.79 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 1.76.
For the year, on non-consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 4,768 million compared to JPY 4,664 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 420 million compared to JPY 713 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 24 million compared to JPY 288 million a year ago. Basic net income per share was JPY 0.65 compared to JPY 7.60 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 0.62 compared to JPY 7.29 a year ago.
For the year ending March 31, 2020, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 11,600 million, operating income of JPY 200 million, net income attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 10 million and net income per share of JPY 0.26.
