Frontline Ltd. announced that John Fredriksen has stepped down as Chairman and President of the Company. The Board of Directors has appointed Ola Lorentzon as Chairman of the Company with effect from May 26, 2021.

Company Profile

Frontline Ltd. specializes in maritime transport of oil. In addition, the group is developing a vessel acquisition and sale activity. At the end of 2022, the group had a fleet of 70 tankers (including 4 under commercial management) broken down between 21 VLCCs (maximum tonnage of 200 to 320 Kt), 20 LR2/Aframax (maximum tonnage of 111 to 115 Kt), and 29 Suezmax (maximum tonnage of 120 to 170 Kt). Frontline Ltd. carries out its business through its subsidiaries and partner companies in Bermuda, India, Liberia, the Marshall Islands, Norway, the United Kingdom and Singapore.
