FTI Consulting : Strengthens Office of the CFO Solutions Practice with the Addition of Brent Worthy

Washington, D.C., Aug. 10, 2022 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Brent Worthy as a Managing Director in the Office of the CFO Solutions practice within the firm's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Mr. Worthy, who is based in Dallas, focuses on finance strategy and transformation across people, processes, data and technology. He rejoins FTI Consulting after seven years with Deloitte, where he partnered with global Fortune 500 clients on elevating the role of the finance function to drive additional shareholder value.

Mr. Worthy is a trusted advisor to both public and private companies through the delivery of solutions related to finance strategy, operating model and organizational design, M&A and performance improvement. He has significant experience in the use of both traditional and digital tools and technologies, including robotic process automation and cognitive automation, predictive analytics and forecasting, data visualization, cloud migration and blockchain use cases in the finance space, as well as digital governance structure and capabilities.

Mr. Worthy brings experience across numerous industries, including telecom, media and technology, life sciences, energy, manufacturing and distribution, automotive, defense contracting and financial services.
