Fujian Forecam Optics Co., Ltd. (SHSE:688010) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to CNY 60 million worth its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of CNY 30 per share.
The repurchased shares will be used to safeguard the company's value and shareholders' rights. The program will be funded out of the company's own funds. The program is valid for 3 months.
