Fujian Snowman Co., Ltd. announced 2016 final distribution plan to be implemented for A shares of cash dividend of CNY 0.14800000
per 10 shares (tax included). Record date is 10 July 2017, Ex-date is 11 July 2017 and Payment date is 11 July 2017. 10% withholding tax on cash dividend will be deducted in CNY within the cash dividend receivable. Tax on cash dividend per 10 shares is CNY 0.01480000(10% x CNY 0.14800000). Net cash dividend per 10 shares after tax is CNY 0.13320000 (CNY 0.14800000- CNY 0.01480000).
