Matsumoto Holdings Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 11.65% stake in Fuji Shoji Co. Ltd. (JASDAQ:6257) from Kunio Matsumoto on November 5, 2013. Matsumoto Holdings Co., Ltd will acquire 2.9 million shares. Kunio Matsumoto, President and Representative Director of Fuji Shoji will sell a portion of his shares. The transaction is expected to close on November 6, 2013.
