Fujitsu Limited announced that at the Board of Directors' Meeting held on January 31, 2024 decided the following changes to its management structure accompanying decisions on the appointment and resignation of executive directors and officers as of April 1, 2024. 1.Changes to the management structure: To ensure the rapid implementation of the key strategies outlined in the medium-term management plan (Financial year 2023 to 2025), the Company aims to further grow and strengthen its competitiveness globally by establishing a new management structure with 5 positions as vice presidents, including the CFO, responsible for strengthening the investment and allocation strategy and management foundation, the CTO, responsible for technology strategy, and 3 COO positions responsible for a. Fujitsu Uvance, b. service delivery, and c. regional market/business areas, respectively. Areas of responsibility for each of the COOs as follows: a. COO (in charge of Fujitsu Uvance) will be responsible for the execution of Fujitsu Uvance's cross-industry business expansion to help solve societal issues.

b. COO (in charge of Service Delivery) will be responsible for the execution of the establishment and strengthening the global service delivery framework. c. COO (in charge of Regions) will be responsible for implementation of global customer and regional strategies. 2.Changes to Representative Directors (effective as of April 1, 2024) Takeshi Isobe as Representative Director, CFO from Director and Corporate Executive Officer, CFO and Hidenori Furuta as Non-Executive Chairman, Member of the Board from Representative Director, COO.

(Reason for Change) Changes in Management Structure Takahito Tokita, the current CEO and Representative Director, will continue his current position.
