Fukoku Co.,Ltd. announced fourth quarter end dividend of JPY 32.50 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024 compared to JPY 23.00 per share paid a year ago. Scheduled commencement date of dividends payment is June 11, 2024.
The company provided dividend guidance for the second quarter end and fourth quarter end of fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. For the second quarter end, the company expects to pay dividend of JPY 37.50 per share compared to JPY 27.50 per share paid a year ago.
