The increase was primarily due to higher subsidy income received from local government in the second quarter of this year partially offset by slightly lower operating income. This increase was primarily due to: 1) $1.7 million increase in subsidiary income; $1.2 million increase in gross profit; and partially offset by $2.0 million increase in operating expenses.
