(SHSE:603686) agreed to acquire 20.3% stake in Fulongma New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. from Yuanyu Equity Investment (Longyan City) Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) for CNY 0.0 million on April 19, 2024. For the period ended December 31, 2023 Fulongma New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. had total assets of CNY 45.33 million net assets of CNY 32.19 million operating income of CNY 3.58 million and net loss of CNY -6.25 million.
