Funai Soken Holdings Incorporated announced executive changes, scheduled to take effect on March 28, 2020. Takayuki Nakatani as Director, executive vice president, and head of Business Management Divisional Headquarters, previously President & CEO, Funai Consulting Inc.; Miki Mitsunari as Independent director, previously President, Finev Inc.; Eijiro Saito as Executive officer and head of Corporate Administration Office, previously Head of Corporate Administration Office; and Motoki Haruta as Executive officer and head of Finance Department, previously Head of Finance Department.
For the year ended Dec. 31, 2019, the company announced an year end dividend of ¥23.00 per share. Fiscal 2019 dividend per share comprises an ordinary dividend of ¥20.00 and commemorative bonus dividend of ¥3.00. The bonus dividend is to commemorate the group's 50th anniversary. Scheduled date of payment of dividend is March 30, 2020.
For the year ending Dec. 31, 2020, the company expects to pay an interim dividend of ¥20.00 per share at the end of the second quarter and an year end dividend of ¥25.00 per share at the end of the year.
