5.Cause of occurrence:The board of directors of Minson Integration
resolved on 2022/07/19 to replace shares by non-physical issuance.

7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
(1)To follow the non-physical issuance policy promoted by the competent
authority and the trend of major securities markets, Minson will register
full non-physical issuance of the shares.
Total shares registered for non-physical will be 29,500,000 shares
(Including 22,500,000 outstanding shares and 7,000,000 new shares from cash
capital increase performed in 2022). The par value per share is NT$10,
totaling NT$295,000,000.
(2)After the amendment of register of cash capital increase has been
approved by the competent authority, the Chairman is authorized to
determine the record date of non-physical issuance and related matters.
