Kobe Venture Development Fund, a fund managed by Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:8462) agreed to acquire additional 4.9% stake in Digital Alliance inc. on November 21, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd. will acquire 1,000 shares of Digital Alliance Holdings Co., Ltd. Upon completion, Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd. will hold 24.8% stake in Digital Alliance Holdings Co., Ltd. up from 19.9%. For the period ended March 2017, Digital Alliance Holdings Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥2.04 billion, net assets of ¥856 million, and sales of ¥7.4 billion. The transaction was resolved by the board of directors of Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd. The contracted is expected to be concluded on November 30, 2017 and the transaction is expected to close on November 30, 2017.
