G. K. Goh Holdings Limited Announces Appointment of Nagaraj Sivaram as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and A Member of the Remuneration and Nominating Committees, Effective 1 July 2021

The Board of Directors of G. K. Goh Holdings Limited announced that Nagaraj Sivaram has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and also as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nominating Committees respectively, such appointments to take effect from 1 July 2021.
