Aadharshila Infratech Private Limited agreed to acquire 21% stake in Nagaur Mukundgarh Highways Private Limited from G R Infraprojects Limited (NSEI:GRINFRA) for approximately INR 110 million on October 31, 2023. The consideration consists of INR 111.7 million in cash. The board of G R Infraprojects Limited (NSEI:GRINFRA) approved the deal on October 26, 2023.
