GAFISA - NOTICE TO THE MARKET

GAFISA - GENERAL MEETING FOR INSTALLATION OF CONDOMINIUM

São Paulo, November 2 2 , 2018 - Gafisa S.A. (Bovespa: GFSA3; NYSE: GFA), one of Brazil's leading homebuilders focused on the upper-middle, and upper class residential segments announces the General Meeting for Installation of a Condominium relating to the AlphaMall project located in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro.

The building has business offices and stores at the mall, totaling 53 units, from 19m² to 27m², rooms with 89m² to 68m² rooftop terrace, 15m² kiosks, and shops with racks, from 58m² to 68m² and total PSV of R$24 million.
