GAM Holding AG (SWX:GAM) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3,000,000 shares, representing 1.88% of its share capital for CHF 1.28 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of CHF 0.425 per share.
If the offer is oversubscribed, the acceptance will be done on pro rata basis. The offer will be valid till January 17, 2024. As of December 13, 2023, the company had 159,682,531 outstanding shares and 1,072,527 treasury shares.
